What a wonderful house. We were staying in a villa down the hill during
the previous week, but I must say that yours is far more lovely. We'll

Words cannot describe what a beautiful place Villa Suzannah is. As my family and I entered the villa we were awed by the amazing views as well as the wonderful staff. I would like to thank Rosy, Alonso, David, and Lupe for making our week so special. To say that they are accommodating is an understatement, every wish we had they made available. The villa itself is stunning, you really cannot get the whole feel until you walk through the front entry way. Thank you again for a wonderful week!

Hello,

I'm sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you. Once we got back to Michigan it was off to work and it's been hectic ever since. I think it's time for another vacation.

WOW...where do I start. First, the driver that you booked was waiting happily for us outside of Baggage Claim. Even though we were about an 1 and 1/2 hours late getting in, he was there holding up the Suzannah sign like you promised. We got to Villa Suzannah and from then on we were blown away. Even though we had toured the house 2 years ago, the Villa was even prettier than I remembered, and although the pictures of the house on the website are beautiful, they just don't do it justice. Alonzo, Daniel and Lupita were there waiting our arrival with Dinner being prepared and Homemade Guacamole, Salsa and Tortilla Chips ready for us to snack on. Every night we ate in was a treat. Alonzo is an excellent cook and the service was fantastic. Since I was the only one in our group that spoke (broken) Spanish, I was the one doing most of the communicating. They all made us feel very comfortable, and made sure we didn't go without anything. There were a few days that we ventured off to the Beaches, Zip Lining and shopping but most of our time was spent at the Villa. It was so hard to break ourselves away from the beautiful artwork and views that the house offered, so we stayed in as much as possible. No where else will you find as beautiful of sunsets that we witnessed. Three days out of our stay we were able to see whales from the balconies. What a treat!! ... The memories that we created there will never fade. Thank you so much for everything . . .

After reading the comments from previous guests it's clear that Villa Suzannah and all the hosts associated are top notch and consistant when it comes to making each guest feel special. My first impression of the Villa was overwhelming. The website photos helped me anticipate the beauty but the absolute best was actually being there and being able to take in the surrounding landscape and enjoy the detail of the items that decorate each room in the Villa. The only way to capture the breathtaking feeling one gets when entering is to--just do it.
The eight of us only ate dinner out one night because we are convinced that Alonso and Russell are the best staff Puerto Vallarta has to offer and they are working right there at Villa Suzannah.
Thanks also to Daniel and Rosey who greeted us warmly and coordinated our sightseeing and shopping trips. And Lupita for her warm and friendly smile while attending taking care that all was clean and in order.
Rich and I are very fortunate to have had the opportunity to enjoy one wonderful week and want to thank you for all the care and love you put into making the perfect place to relax for all who are welcomed at Villa Suzannah.

Every day since we have returned I remember all of the ways in which our vacation refreshed us and pampered us and treated us to extraordinary beauty! The attention to detail in every part of the Villa was so apparent. All of the people were unbelievably helpful and gracious. The views were the most beautiful I have ever seen! It was romantic and private and also a great way to get to know each other in a way we never have before.

Maggie and I have not really been together since our return and have not had a chance to coordinate a more fitting thank you but I want you to know that our trip gives me the energy I need as we go into this crazy season and that it more than provided me with enough relaxation and enjoyment and renewal then any vacation I have ever had. Gene and my sister and brother in law all share this feeling and express enormous gratitude to you.

I know those of you who know me tease me for my superlatives. This time I don´t have enough!
